Wojciech Barański, a partner in our law firm, took part in a speaker panel concerning the bankruptcy of property developers during the "3rd Jagiellonian Seminars", about property development agreements. Such meetings are organized by the Faculty of Civil Law of the Department of Law and Administration of Jagiellonian University to allow for the sharing of opinions between theoreticians and practitioners. The conference took place on November 25, 2011 in Kraków.
